Guest Experience Associate (Part-Time)

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests. The ideal candidate is someone who is warm, welcoming, and able to provide solutions to guest challenges. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to work events during the day this summer of 2026 for FIFA World Cup
• Ability to stand and move throughout the stadium for extended periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events
• Must be available for a minimum of 75% of major stadium events annually
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Completion of required Guest Experience training prior to working events
