The Associate Dean of Culture is an entry-level, school-based role that reports directly to the Assistant Principal, creating a safe, structured, and values-driven school environment where students can thrive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 months of experience working with students in a school, summer camp, after-school, or youth-serving environment.
- Strong command of all Google Suite programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with students, staff, families, and school leadership
