Head of Client & Product Delivery (Europe)

This role sits within the Amber for Utilities team, and the company is looking for a Head of Client & Product Delivery to lead the team and business in the UK and Europe. The role is critical to build the team and business in Europe, and the company has laid the foundations but needs operational leadership to take it to the next level. The European delivery team currently reports directly to the co-CEO (based in Australia); you'll be the person who takes that baton, builds the function, and frees the business to grow.

Requirements

• Led client services or delivery in a scaling technology business
• Comfortable being first into a space and building as you go
• Genuinely enjoy being in the room with senior client stakeholders
• A track record of leading long-cycle B2B or B2B2C technology implementation or service delivery programmes
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector, or in a SaaS business that sells into these verticals
• Proven leadership of scaling European teams
• Comfort operating across the commercial spectrum
