Job Description
As Legal Counsel, you will be a commercial 'force multiplier' within the business, supporting key teams in navigating unchartered territory in global SaaS licensing, V2G technology, and complex energy regulations.
Requirements
- 4–5 years PQE with a strong background in Commercial & Corporate Law, M&A, or Technology/SaaS.
- The 'Scale-up' Mindset: approachable, supportive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Energy Knowledge ('a plus'): prior experience in the energy regulatory framework is an advantage, but a passion for the sector and a fast-learning appetite is essential.
