Job Description
Amber is seeking skilled individuals to join their team and contribute to the creation of engaging live games, particularly mobile games. The role focuses on game design, system design, and operational aspects, requiring a proactive and team-oriented individual. Successful candidates will collaborate with artists and programmers to deliver high-quality services and innovative gameplay.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for live games on multiple platforms, including mobile
- 3+ years of experience as a live or systems game designer, or equivalent background
- Expert knowledge of free-to-play and/or subscription game design fundamentals
- Advanced understanding of game metrics and KPIs
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
