Job Description
Amber is seeking a Project-based Freelance Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role focuses on building and maintaining a Talent Network within LATAM, providing candidates with insights into the company's culture. The freelancer will be involved in campaign development, candidate management, and maintaining ATS systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- High fluency in English
- Strong writing and communication skills
