Job Description
We are a well-funded startup on a mission to make e-commerce logistics more human-friendly and efficient with AI-powered robotics. We are seeking a Senior Field Engineer who will join a strong, experienced team and a track record of solid uptime.
Requirements
- 3+ years in field engineering, field operations, or technical operations
- Experience in warehouse automation or warehouse robotics
- Experience with productions systems that have uptime obligations
- Track record of operating within cross-functional team environments
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to customer sites nationally
- Background in robotics and/or mechatronics
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Grafana, Python, Linux, and Command Line Interface
