Job Description
The Head of Value Attainment is responsible for building and leading the function that proves and scales Ambience's clinical and financial impact. The role involves standing up a scalable value measurement system, defining precise metrics, and driving automation and scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, data science, or implementation consulting
- Proven ability to build repeatable measurement systems and infrastructure from scratch
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to equip sales teams with the right framing
- Direct people management experience, including hiring and developing talent
- Ability to operate cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams
