Strategic Finance Lead

Ambience is looking for a Strategic Finance / FP&A Lead to own and scale the company's financial forecasting, planning, and reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking, with a strong background in SaaS metrics and enterprise sales finance. They will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, leading the annual planning process, and establishing a monthly reporting cadence. The role requires excellent executive communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking
• Direct experience owning company-wide financial models and annual planning processes
• Strong fluency in SaaS metrics, cohort-based revenue modeling, and enterprise sales finance
• Excellent executive communication: translates complex financial models into crisp, defensible insights for leadership and board audiences
• High ownership mentality: independently manages forecast updates, builds repeatable processes, and drives automation without hand-holding
