Job Description
DMG(*Ambient) is seeking an Inside Sales-Parts person in our Kapolei, HI location, office. The Parts Person will process parts sales, customer orders, and respond to customer inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding parts services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Warehouse and Inventory Experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Business Central or MS dynamics a plus
- Previous experience or ability and willingness to learn about HVAC equipment (product knowledge)
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds (with assistance from others)
- Patience, Flexibility, Positive Attitude
