Outside Sales Engineer - ADC

Air Distribution Corporation (ADC) is seeking a motivated HVAC Outside Sales Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry, and strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and air-side HVAC product applications.

Requirements

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and accounts.
• Provide timely equipment selections, pricing, and scheduling information.
• Promote the features and benefits of ADC’s products.
• Prepare equipment takeoffs and bid proposals tailored to project requirements.
• Submit detailed documentation for customer approval.
• Develop technical solutions and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.
• Create action plans to target new accounts and grow sales within existing ones.
• Collaborate with manufacturer engineers and customer service to ensure excellent support.
• Conduct sales tracking, including opportunities, forecasts, and results.
• Maintain accurate records of project details, orders, costs, and schedules.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and attend training seminars and sales meetings.
• Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all activities

Benefits

• Estimated compensation: Base salary $125,000 - $175,000/yr, plus sales-based commission.
