Johnson Barrow is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer to drive business growth and build strong relationships with customers in the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC products and applications, as well as excellent sales and technical skills.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, contractors, and end-users.
- Identify and develop opportunities with new and existing customers using HVAC product knowledge and applications expertise.
- Drive annual sales growth and secure long-term business opportunities in the Northwest region.
- Provide technical expertise on system design, product selection, and specification writing.
- Manage projects from the design phase through commissioning, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between branch office staff, customers, and partners.
- Process and analyze feasibility assessments and bid documents for potential projects.
- Maintain and expand your technical product knowledge to better serve customer needs.
- Deliver high standards of customer support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
