We are seeking a motivated and results driven Outside Commissioned Salesperson in Logan, Utah to generate new business, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and engineering firms.
- Conduct site visits and HVAC system evaluations to understand client needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, estimating, and service teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, competitors, and market conditions.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
