Building Systems & Services, LLC (BSS) is a leading provider of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, service and building automation systems. We are seeking a Service Sales Associate to provide sales support to the Service Department of BSS.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Pursue leads and acquire Preventative Maintenance agreements.
- Generate and present proposals for Preventative Maintenance Agreements.
- Promote and sell company products to current and prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and business conditions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain a network of business contacts.
- Identify and implement strategies for business growth.
- Evaluate HVAC equipment and estimate labor/material needs.
- Provide sales forecasts and track key accounts.
- Arrange and lead business meetings with potential clients.
- Close new business deals and integrate contract requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company interests.
- Keep management informed of sales progress and account status.
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales staff.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and controls teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback to management on trends and opportunities.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and user group meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
