Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager assists the Property Manager in managing the residential real estate property for the client, performing duties personally or through subordinate team members.
Requirements
- Experience in LIHTC property management
- Associates degree (A.A.) or job related experience
- Literacy in the English language including reading
- Six months to a year of related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management software
- Valid State Issued Drivers License
- Apartment Managers License when required by State Law
