Job Description
Perform maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance in and around the apartment community, including scheduling and completing checks, maintaining inventory controls, and responding to emergency service requests.
Requirements
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
- Responsible for completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
- Carry on-call cell phone as required
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
- Complete grounds work as directed by the Property Manager
- Complete quarterly unit by unit inspection
