Job Description
The Property Manager is responsible for the operation and success of a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property. The position requires experience in HUD and LIHTC property management, and the ability to maintain property occupancy, perform financial objectives, and maintain building systems.
Requirements
- Experience in HUD and LIHTC property management required
- Associates degree (A.A.) from a vocational school, college or university or job related experience preferred
- Valid State Issued Drivers License
- Apartment Managers License when required by State Law
- Real Estate License when required by State Law
- Certification in property management is a plus; CPM, CAM, CAPS, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management software (i.e. One-Site, Real Page)
