The General Manager role at Ambrosia QSR is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, including guest service, employee engagement, and profitability. Key responsibilities include ensuring the consistent execution of guest service standards, food safety protocols, quality control, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- Enforce company policies and maintain accurate employee records
- Immediately report any complaints or employee behavior that violates company policy
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment
- Greet every guest warmly and promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide exceptional guest experiences and address any issues with positivity and sound judgment
- Oversee food safety and other safety protocols
- Implement marketing plans and ensure the restaurant staff is trained and ready for promotions
- Manage labor costs and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards are consistently met
- Communicate with the District Manager, Director of Operations, and Restaurant Support Center
- Perform other duties as assigned
