The General Manager role at Ambrosia QSR is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, including guest service, employee engagement, and profitability.
Requirements
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and local regulations
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment
- Oversee food safety and other safety protocols
- Implement marketing plans and ensure the restaurant staff is trained and ready for promotions
- Manage labor costs and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards are consistently met
- Communicate with the District Manager, Director of Operations, and Restaurant Support Center as needed
