Job Description
AMC Networks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Global FP&A team in New York, NY. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and negotiation. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in financial analytics, prior experience with financial modeling, and strong business acumen and communication skills.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Financial Analytics
- Prior experience with financial modeling is required
- Prior budget or forecast experience is required
- Prior experience within the Media industry preferred
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Extremely diligent with a high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in high pressure situations
- Accountable for quality and accuracy of work
- Must be a creative problem solver and a quick thinker
