Job Description
The Equipment Maintenance Technician is an experienced-level role responsible for advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a plastics manufacturing environment. The technician contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and mentors entry-level team members to sustain a safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Facilities Maintenance, or related field
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience with utility systems and general carpentry/building maintenance
