Requirements

Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
Identify and leverage EHS best practices, driving improvement through the Safety and Environmental Pillars of World Class Operations Management (WCOM).
Conduct and coordinate EHS inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Amcor EHS programs, and Key Performance Measures (KPM).
Provide clear recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation required for internal reporting, regulatory submissions, and agency requests.
Collaborate with engineering teams on the design and installation of new or modified equipment and processes to mitigate safety hazards and environmental risks.
Develop, maintain, implement, and annually review EHS policies and procedures, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and fostering continuous improvement.
