Requirements
- Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
- Identify and leverage EHS best practices, driving improvement through the Safety and Environmental Pillars of World Class Operations Management (WCOM).
- Conduct and coordinate EHS inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Amcor EHS programs, and Key Performance Measures (KPM).
- Provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation required for internal reporting, regulatory submissions, and agency requests.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on the design and installation of new or modified equipment and processes to mitigate safety hazards and environmental risks.
- Develop, maintain, implement, and annually review EHS policies and procedures, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and fostering continuous improvement.
