Job Description
Join Amcor as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician and support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems, and support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronics preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
