Job Description

The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, development, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs covering employment, wage and salary management, organization development, training, safety and health, benefits, and employee services.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Human Resource or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Certification: PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred
