Amcor is seeking an IT Director to lead the Regional Infrastructure Center of Excellence, providing strategic leadership for the delivery and continuous improvement of regional infrastructure services and capabilities. The Director will lead a team of 30-50 employees and be responsible for ensuring world-class IT service experience, operational excellence, and service reliability across regional IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure leadership, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated experience in regional or global infrastructure operations, IT service delivery, and process standardization.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains: networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi, VPN), datacenter services, backup & storage, patching, and server management.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record to successfully build, lead, and inspire high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and complex project portfolios.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification and experience with ITIL-based processes are considered a plus.
- Fluency in English required; additional regional languages a plus.
