Machine Operator I

Machine Operator I works closely with Helpers, Lead Operators, and Shift Supervisors to ensure production processes meet customer expectations, maintains operation of designated line, and troubleshoots problems to manufacture quality products.

Requirements

• Follow all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance
• Perform duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to management
• Act as a role model for Safety on the shift
• Maintain operation of designated line
• Perform adjustments to machine as required for orders or to troubleshoot issues
