Requirements
- Schedules and prioritizes maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment and building
- Supervises maintenance department personnel, assigns work, schedules leave, evaluates performance, provides technical and safety training
- Performs contractor research and writes reports as required
- Assist in strategic planning of plant maintenance department
- Assist in budget preparation
- Interacts with the Fire Marshall and the Company's insurance carrier
- Plans and organizes work to meet schedules and timelines in an environment with constantly changing priorities
- Analyzes situation accurately and adopts an effective course of action
- Adheres to all Company GMP's and department procedures
- Maintains an effective pest control program
- Electrical system maintenance
- Conducts Maintenance Staff meetings and department safely meetings
- Supports MRO and ISO Teams
