Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Schedules and prioritizes maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment and building
• Supervises maintenance department personnel, assigns work, schedules leave, evaluates performance, provides technical and safety training
• Performs contractor research and writes reports as required
• Assist in strategic planning of plant maintenance department
• Assist in budget preparation
• Interacts with the Fire Marshall and the Company's insurance carrier
• Plans and organizes work to meet schedules and timelines in an environment with constantly changing priorities
• Analyzes situation accurately and adopts an effective course of action
• Adheres to all Company GMP's and department procedures
• Maintains an effective pest control program
• Electrical system maintenance
• Conducts Maintenance Staff meetings and department safely meetings
• Supports MRO and ISO Teams
