Maintenance Technician

Provide technical support to improve and optimize manufacturing operations and processes at the Amcor Des Moines manufacturing plant. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment installations to reduce downtime, improve safety, and support plant projects.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical Technology, Journeyman Electrician, Millwright, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment in a mechanical/electrical support role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
