Requirements
- Follow all Company policies
- Adhere to Attendance guidelines
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Responsible for operating the forklift in a safe manner at all times
- Performs Lift Truck Inspection check before using forklift each shift
- Follow all safety guidelines/policies, proper use of equipment, etc.
- Pick orders – (pulling finished product from warehouse to fill orders)
- Stage orders to be loaded
- Loading completed orders
- Understanding of shipping/loading requirements, weight requirements, customers’ special instructions
- Warehousing (moving product to maximize usage of warehouse space)
- Perform cycle counts – to verify item quantities on hand
- Moving finished goods from production holding area to the warehouse
- Repackaging damaged materials as needed
- Efficient use of time to maximize pounds/work hours
- Learn how to use the many functions of dc-LINK Data Collection
- Maintains proper housekeeping while performing duties
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
