Requirements

• Operate Gravure Printing Press to produce “Best In Class” packaging for domestic and international use.
• Troubleshoot and monitor press operation, resolving defects and adjustments to exceed customer expectation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to EHS and Clean policies.
• Communicate accurate information to all team members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead a high-performance environment, characterized by positive leadership and strong team orientation.
