Production Lead - Injection Team Lead

The Production Lead - Injection Team Lead is responsible for controlling the process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring continuous improvement of the total injection process. This includes leading the injection team members, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and maintaining plant quality standards.

Requirements

• Leads the injection team members assigned to the shift and is the first point of contact for operators
• Ensures operations are completed in accordance with Amcor Rigid Plastics USA Inc. safety procedures
• Controls the process of multiple injection machines using written work instructions, visual management, and computer interface
• Troubleshoots and performs adjustments to the machines to correct improper functions
• Assists with new machine setups
• Performs preventive maintenance on machines
• Reviews process data daily to ensure department is meeting or exceeding efficiency requirements
• Completes downtime reports and error logs
