Production Manager

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing and directing all operational activities to achieve safe, efficient, and economical production within established manufacturing costs, and to maintain the highest standards of quality and volume requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• 10+ years' management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of lacquering, lamination, coating applications, printing, slitting, process control, and validation protocols
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams
• Solid safety culture
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• Good level of English, fluent German
