As a Production Operator, you will work in a quality-oriented environment, promoting safety awareness, and assisting in training of co-workers. You will be responsible for conducting monthly safety audits, documenting trial results, and updating current ISO documentation. You will also be expected to pursue cross-training on all equipment and assist in training needed to develop Operator Trainees.
Requirements
- Promote safety awareness and keep safety as a number one priority on a daily basis
- Conduct monthly safety audits

- Assist in training of co-workers
- Coordinate other projects as assigned by the Team Leader
- Provide Operational skills during extrusion trials
- Ensure all raw materials, finished-good, and scrap is accurately documented and organized
- Participate in work team trouble shooting to help document best practices
- Participate in all pretrial meetings
