Production Operator

As an Operator T1, you play a pivotal role in driving our plant's operations to produce top-notch products efficiently and on time. You will skillfully handle high-speed assembly and injection molding machines, ensuring that customer scheduling and quality benchmarks are met.

Requirements

• Ability to actively engage in team meetings, effectively communicate key safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement aspects.
• Basic Computer skills
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving team objectives.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to read/write/comprehend English
• Basic math
• Be able to stand for prolong time; up to 12 hours
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs.
