Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the production team to exceed goals and ensuring that production efficiency goals are being met, safety protocols are being followed, and quality product is being produced.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent and applicable work-related experience
• Strong desire to train, coach and develop others to improve performance
• 3+ years of experience in production floor supervision
• Previous experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other relevant continuous improvement methods and tools
• Industrial Safety Training experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, results driven and effective decision maker
• Ability to work as part of a team and to work on own initiatives
• Ability to work any shift as needed
• Experience in using computer programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate accurately and professionally with all levels of the organization
