Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in production floor supervision
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant continuous improvement methods and tools experience
• Industrial Safety Training experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, results driven, and effective decision maker
