Production Supervisor - Rotating 12 hour shift 8pm-8am

Requirements

• Directly supervise a team of 20 to 30 hourly employees
• Proactively lead and engage in plant safety, housekeeping, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with established customer quality and production standards
• Train, motivate, and mentor employees to foster a skilled and engaged workforce
• Sustain and enhance production throughput while collaborating with the Production Manager to control direct labor costs
