R&D Engineer

As an R&D Engineer, you'll support programs, provide solutions valued by customers, and drive profitable growth. You'll work on research, applications development, materials enhancements, and cost-out initiatives, while applying scientific methodology and project management tools. You'll also contribute to the definition of critical to quality specifications, support stage gate programs, and learn core risk management principles and processes.

Requirements

• Support programs, providing solutions valued by customers and driving profitable growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive design, development, and implementation of products and/or processes
• Exchange standard/basic technical information to customer and stakeholder requests to solve customer/technical needs
• Support projects within the innovation pipeline
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve technical challenges and support sustained solution ownership
• Contribute to the definition of critical to quality specifications; author development technical specifications, waivers, etc.
• Support Stage Gate programs while learning core risk management principles and processes
• Plan, execute, and analyze production trials with Design of Experiment, Lean, and statistical analysis
