The Resin Material Assistant Group Leader is a frontline leadership role responsible for coordinating material flow, supporting production, and leading material handling operations on the manufacturing floor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, material handling, or a technical environment
- Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
- Fork truck experience and certification preferred
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet use
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and support a team
- Good reading comprehension and basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate material-handling equipment, and climb ladders
