Principal Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Principal Delivery Lead to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of complex, multi-team programmes of work, partnering with clients to define and deliver value that meets their business needs and goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing delivery teams, building leadership capability and delivery maturity at scale.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing and engaging senior and executive client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capability, able to assess complex situations, make sound judgements, and drive effective decision-making under pressure.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent large-scale workstreams and operating within complex, multi-team delivery environments.
• A strong focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement, with the drive to raise standards and deliver measurable value.
