Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Several years of experience in project management within industrialization, manufacturing, NPI, or high-tech production environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production ramp-up, and industrialization activities
