Requirements

• Experience in debt handling or advice
• Comfortable working with the phone as their primary tool
• Good experience with the phone as a work tool
• Solution-oriented and structured
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and enjoys challenges
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, and proficiency in other languages is a merit
• Team player who contributes positively
