Requirements
- Strong sense of service and a desire to build long-term relationships with customers
- Results-oriented with an interest in sales
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with both phone and digital channels
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
