Assistant Store Manager

We’re Arc'teryx, a brand that builds gear for the outdoors. We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead our team and elevate the in-store experience. As a leader, you'll support the Store Manager in building, developing, and inspiring a team, creating an unmatched in-store experience, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Love for the outdoors and gear
• Strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style
• Commercial mindset with strategic thinking and decisive action
