Requirements

• 7+ years proven leadership experience in distribution centre, warehouse or supply chain operations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing operational budgets and cost drivers
• A people-first leader who builds high-performing teams and fosters a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate operational data into clear actions and performance improvements
• Experienced working cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, customer service, finance and commercial teams
