Requirements
- Strategically lead the Wilson Sales Tennis 360 team
- Develop long-term, medium-term, and short-term sales plans
- Create and evolve best practice sales GTM processes
- Recruit, coach, and mentor the team
- Collaborate with Merchandise, Marketing, and D2C functions
- Monthly input into key Business Processes & Drivers, P&L management, S&OP & Omni brand meetings
- Cross-functional engagement with all shared Operations departments
