Product Guide

We're looking for a Product Guide to foster connection in all guest interactions from product education, processing purchases and supporting our guests on warranties or damaged goods. The role involves supporting in-store events, inventory counts, replenishing product, and ensuring the store stays clean and organised. The Product Guide will also provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and flexibility
