Job Description
Perform precision welding and heavy mechanical repair work to support safe and efficient plant operations. Troubleshoot and perform electric arc and gas welding, cutting, brazing, pipefitting, and insulation installation/removal on power plant equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a two-year technical college program and 5 years working as a Certified Welder Repairman, OR
- Completion of a certified apprentice program and 5 years working as a Certified Welder Repairman, OR
- Ten (10) years working as a Certified Welder Repairman
