Boiler Operator – Weekend Day Shift

Ameresco, Inc. is hiring Boiler Operators for the weekend day shift to support a high-pressure steam plant at the Naval Research Laboratory. Operators will work 8 hour shifts to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Requirements

• Operate and monitor boilers, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Perform routine plant rounds and report abnormalities.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Complete shift logs and daily reports accurately.
• Assist with plant start-up/shutdown following SOPs.
• Respond to trouble calls and escalate as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
