Construction Manager

Ameresco, Inc. is a leading energy solutions provider seeking a Construction Manager to join their West Construction Operations team. The role involves managing renewable construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Provide daily construction, administrative, and technical management of renewable construction projects
• Assist the Senior Project Manager with project accounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with Company's financial policies and procedures
• Direct interface with Ameresco customers managing customer service, relationships, and contractual obligations
• Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates
• Review subcontractor and vendor bids
• Directly manage construction managers (site supervisors)
• Maintain and update project schedules
• Provide a detailed 2-week look schedule to facilitate customer coordination and planning
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing project expenditures and job cost accounting processes
